These Affiliate Marketing Terms of Use (hereafter referred to as the "Terms") govern your participation in our Affiliate Program (hereinafter referred to as the "Program"). Through the Program, you may promote our products and services and earn commissions on the sales of such products and services. We use SureCart to process all related payments and orders. By registering for the Program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Terms below.
1.1. Your participation in the Program begins when your application is approved.
1.2. We reserve the right to approve or reject your application without giving any reason.
1.3. You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in the Program.
2.1. Commissions: You will receive a commission for each successfully completed sale referred through your unique affiliate link.
2.2. Payment Terms: Commissions will be paid monthly via SureCart to the payment method you provide.
2.3. Exclusions: No commission will be paid for:

3.2. Your links and advertisements must not contain misleading information, false claims, or hyperlinks that could damage our reputation.

6.2. We do not warrant that the administration of the Program through SureCart will be error-free or uninterrupted.
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. If any changes are unacceptable to you, your sole remedy is to discontinue your participation in the Program. Your continued participation in the Program after the changes are made will be deemed acceptance of the changes.
8.1. You are responsible for indemnifying any damages, claims or expenses arising from your activities under the Program, including claims from third parties.
