1. Introduction Welcome to our Shopify to WooCommerce migration service. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this document. These terms ensure a smooth migration process and protect both parties from misunderstandings.

2. Scope of Service We provide full-service migration from Shopify to WooCommerce, including but not limited to:

• Product migration (titles, descriptions, prices, images, variants, SKUs, etc.)
• Customer data migration (names, emails, order history, etc.)
• Order history transfer
• Collections and categories conversion
• SEO metadata transfer (where applicable)
• URL redirections (to preserve SEO rankings)
• Payment gateway and shipping settings configuration
• Custom migration requirements (upon request and agreement)

3. Service Fees and Payment Terms

• Our full migration service fee is fixed 4999€, including also our “Starter” package. 
• Payment can be made in full upfront or in 6-month instalment payments (Payment plan) via Stripe Recurring Payments.
• Additional fees may apply for customizations, third-party app integrations, or manual data corrections.
• Our Migration full service already includes Lifetime Premium Plugin fees.

4. Timeline and Delivery

• Estimated migration completion time will be provided after reviewing your store data.
• Standard migrations typically take 5-10 business days. Complex migrations may require additional time.
• Any delays caused by incomplete data access, third-party app restrictions, or additional custom requests will be communicated in advance.

5. Client Responsibilities To ensure a successful migration, you agree to:

• Provide full access to Shopify and WooCommerce accounts.
• Inform us of any special requirements before migration begins.
• Test and review the migrated data within 7 days of project completion.
• Update DNS settings and other technical configurations as needed (if applicable).

6. Data Accuracy and Limitations

• While we strive for 100% accuracy, some Shopify features may not have direct WooCommerce equivalents.
• Shopify apps, custom scripts, and third-party integrations may not be transferable.
• We create a similar design in Woocommerce if needed; If the Shopify theme creators have the same Theme on Woocommerce, then we use that as priority to preserve current design.
• We are not responsible for any post-migration theme or plugin incompatibility unless included in a custom migration agreement.

7. Post-Migration Support

• We provide 30 days of free post-migration support to resolve any migration-related issues.
• Additional support or modifications beyond this period may incur extra charges.

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• If you cancel before migration begins, you are eligible for a full refund (100%). 
  NB! 3 party transaction fees will be charged.
• If migration has started, a partial refund (50%) may be issued based on work completed.
• No refunds will be issued once migration is completed and data has been confirmed by the client.

9. Liability Disclaimer

• We are not liable for any business loss, downtime, or data loss resulting from the migration process.
• It is the client’s responsibility to back up all store data before migration.
• We will not be responsible for third-party plugins, apps, or payment gateway reconfigurations beyond data migration.
